SHIPPING

The cost of shipping depends on your location and whether you want to include tracking: 


  • Finland

    • no tracking: 4 euros

    • tracking included: 11 euros

  • EU:

    • no tracking: 6 euros

    • tracking included: 18 euros

  • Outside EU:

    • no tracking: 10 euros

    • tracking included: 26 euros


You can choose the shipping option according to your location in the checkout page. 


I can currently offer a tracking code to the following destinations: within the EU and to Hong Kong, Japan, the UK and the USA.


If you wish for a tracking service outside these regions, please contact me by email: jasmonic.art@gmail.com or use the contact page.


The processing and shipping will take about 2-3 weeks.

Please note that I'm a student preparing full-time for a scientific career. Thus, allow me to take some time to prepare the orders by hand and deliver each order to the post office individually. I'm currently working alone and I have no possibility to print large batches of art prints. Therefore each order is printed on demand.

Also note:


  • Once an order has left from my premises, it is the responsibility of the courier/postal service/customs. 

  • I will use the Finnish Posti as my courier. If you have some suggestions or wish to use another company for shipping, please contact me by email: jasmonic.art@gmail.com


PAYMENT METHODS

I accept payments via PayPal and from all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro. 


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I do not provide services for refunds or returns, but will exchange your item for something of equal or more value if there is an issue with your order or the product you purchased is not available for some reason. If there is an issue with your order, and you need an exchange, let's work together to come to a solution!
