Nepenthes vogelii × ventricosa, "Art Vogel" is a vigorous hybrid that has beautifully dotted pitcher traps with almost neon-green undertones.
 
The trap pictured here is a so-called lower pitcher, adapted to catch larger prey than its light-weighted counterparts produced at the climbing parts of the plant.
 
I used a live specimen from my own collection as a model. Now the plant can live forever as an art piece. 🌱
