If you wish for a tracking service outside these regions, please contact me by email: jasmonic.art@gmail.com or use the contact page.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
The processing and shipping will take about 2-3 weeks.

Please note that I'm a student preparing full-time for a scientific career. Thus, allow me to take some time to prepare the orders by hand and deliver each order to the post office individually. I'm currently working alone and I have no possibility to print large batches of art prints: therefore, each order is printed on demand. Naturally, this takes a bit more time but you can expect that each order is made with love and passion!
What are your payment options?
I accept payments via PayPal and from all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro.
Do you accept commission works?
I'd be happy to help you to create a commission work for your individual needs!

However, I only paint botanical and scientific illustrations at the moment. I'm particularly interested in drawing schematic figures for scientific literature.

What materials do you use?
The art prints are produced by jetink printing on white, sustainably manufactured Colotech+ paper by Xerox (280 g/m^2). The material is heavy, smooth and high-quality professional paper made for coloured art printing. You can choose A4 (21,0 x 29,7 cm) or A5 (14,8 x 21,0 cm) size options.

I use various different materials and media for my original works.
For digital drawings I use iPad Pro and ProCreate.
The aquarelle paintings are made on cold-pressed 300 g/m^2 100% cotton paper. I use pigments from two manufacturers: St. Petersburg and Van Gogh. My favourite brushes are synthetic ultra-round brushes made by SilverBrush.
